What Messages You Will Receive

By opting in to SMS notifications from Akshaya Pathra Kitchen, you may receive the following types of text messages:

Order status updates (preparing, ready for pickup, completed)
Payment confirmations
Loyalty tier upgrade notifications
Points earned notifications
Balance alerts
Account verification codes (OTP)

Consent

SMS notifications are off by default. You must take a separate, explicit action to opt in. Marketing or transactional SMS messages will not be sent until you do. Opting in is never required to use Akshaya Pathra Kitchen or place an order. One-time verification codes (OTPs) sent in direct response to a sign-in request are not governed by this opt-in.

By enabling SMS Notifications you agree to receive transactional text messages (order status, wallet, loyalty) from this restaurant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Consent.

The toggle shown above is rendered off by default. The customer must tap it to turn it on; this is the explicit opt-in action that authorizes us to send the messages described in this document. Opt-in is never a precondition for placing an order or using Akshaya Pathra Kitchen.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will typically receive messages only when you place an order, complete a payment, or reach a loyalty milestone. Estimated frequency: 1–10 messages per month depending on usage.

Privacy

Your phone number is used solely for sending the notifications described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
