How to Opt In & Out of SMS

How You Opt In
SMS notifications from Akshaya Pathra Kitchen are off by default. You must take a separate action to opt in. We will not send you transactional or marketing SMS messages until you do so.
- Profile toggle (online): After signing in, visit your Profile page and turn on the "SMS Notifications" toggle. This is the primary opt-in mechanism.
- In-store written consent: When visiting the restaurant, staff may ask you to sign a paper consent form authorizing SMS notifications. Verbal consent alone is not used.
One-time verification codes (OTP) sent during sign-in are not covered by this opt-in. OTPs are sent in direct response to a sign-in request you initiate, and your phone number is used only to deliver that single code.

Order updates and alerts via text message
By enabling SMS Notifications you agree to receive transactional text messages (order status, wallet, loyalty) from this restaurant. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our SMS Terms & Consent.
The toggle shown above is rendered off by default. The customer must tap it to turn it on; this is the explicit opt-in action that authorizes us to send the messages described in our SMS Terms & Consent.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- Replying STOP: Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Profile settings: Toggle off "SMS Notifications" on your Profile page.
- Contact us: Email or call the restaurant to request removal from SMS notifications.
